We are looking for a talented Graphic Design Manager to lead the creation & execution of our retail brands’ design assets across all touchpoints and manage our dynamic Graphic Design team! Τhe role is based in Aghia Paraskevi, Athens.

Responsibilities

• Develop design strategies that resonate with the positioning and audience of Cosmos Sport brands (Cosmos Sport, JD Sports, Sneaker10, Slamdunk, Rundome, Sportsfactory).
• Manage the graphic design workflow and lead the Graphic Design team by fostering a trusting & empowering work environment, setting clear goals & priorities.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects, ensuring all designs are in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop consistent brand visuals ensuring all designs are optimized for printing and digital platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback and update the brand guidelines when necessary to enhance brands’ visibility across all design materials.
• Overview the design of engaging visual materials such as in-store displays, banners, visuals for shop windows, website placements, online ads, social media graphics.
• Focus on brand visuals of Marketing Campaigns (Website Banners, Push Notifications, GDN Banners, GSP Banners, Social Media Posts – Ads, Full brand campaigns).
• Create user friendly landing pages & fresh e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Participate in improving platforms UI through UX research and best practices.
• Create artwork for corporate events and internal programs.
• Oversee the design of product packaging, trade bags, stickers, and related materials.
• Build strong collaboration with Trade & Digital Marketing, E-com, Studio and HR internal teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure that design materials are of the highest quality and are delivered on time.
• Organize Team meetings, attend Marketing/Corporate events & brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas / design proposals for effective visual communication.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design software & tools.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, especially within the sports retail industry.
• The role may require occasional travel to stores or events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & to succeed in fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative with an eye for detail.
• Strong people management skills.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of the sporting goods industry is a plus.
