About the role

There is currently a job opening “Media Specialist”, in the Media & Destination Marketing Department. As a Media Specialist, you will develop and execute AEGEAN and Olympic Air’s media strategy and plans. What you will do:

• Define, optimize and execute the proper media strategy and plan across offline and online channels to effectively reach our target audience aligning with our communication objectives
• Propose innovative and out-of-the box media activations
• Drive future-forward and creative media strategies to establish impactful collaborations with external partners (platforms, publishers and others)
• Evaluate, enhance and implement media sponsoring proposals and airport marketing budget in all Markets
• Take over continuous and thorough media performance analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
• Build strong relationships and oversee all media agencies and partners
• Forecast and estimate all costs associated with delivering all marketing media activity

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• 3-5 years of professional working experience in a similar position
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

 

And you have competence in:

• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Communicating and negotiating
• Delivering verbal and written ideas and presentations efficiently
• Developing collaborative relationships with cross functional teams
• Multitasking, organizing, and managing time effectively
