Canaves Collection is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The Social Media Executive manages the official social media accounts of Canaves Collection Group, develops the annual Social Media Strategy, creates original content, manages posts, and responds to community. We expect the Social Media Executive to be up-to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a solid understanding of how each channel operates as well as the ability to optimize content for engagement. This position reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional community management by building and nurturing relationships with our followers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
• Develop and execute effective Meta ad campaigns to reach specific target audiences and drive conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Copywriting skills
• Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple projects
• Proven experience in leading the development and execution of Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Experience with video editing software and design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on performance.
