- Define and implement local Brand Strategy according to the international one.
- Grow all business and market indicators within the scope of responsibility.
- Propose the concrete launch and investments strategy in order to achieve business goals.
- Control KPIs to achieve goals and propose corrective measures in the scope of responsibility
- Analyze market environment and competitor’s activity to define and propose action plans and generate business growth.
- Negotiate with Sales and Supply Chain to propose corrective actions when needed, detect business opportunities and “white spots” within the scope of responsibility.
Who we are looking for:
- University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Finance (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company in Brand Management.
- Excellent Presentation skills, data and financial analysis.
- Digital Marketing knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of English and MS Office
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Leadership skills.
