Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant in the Purchasing Department located in Piraeus. The Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchase orders, various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling documentation and data management on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, the role involves market research.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Certificate of Proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in shipyards and/or maritime business will be preferable
