Dress2undress, a fashion industry leader, and Skin4Sin, a pioneer in cosmetics, are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of both brands, leveraging your expertise to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for all company communication channels (newsletters, listings, press releases, advertorials, printed materials, advertising copy, etc.) with a strong focus on cosmetics products.
• Oversee and optimize the company website and e-shop, incorporating the latest market trends.
• Manage advertising accounts and social media channels to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor nationwide communication plans tailored to the cosmetics industry's needs.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers and bloggers, to develop promotional materials.
• Identify innovative communication and promotion methods for existing and potential customers.
• Participate in the promotion of new cosmetic products and the design and execution of promotional activities.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, collect data, and evaluate against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adapt email and advertising campaigns according to market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc/BA degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, Google Analytics, Content Creation, social media, etc.)
• Knowledge of the e-commerce and cosmetics market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
