Digital Marketing Assistant / Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant & Digital Specialist to join our e-commerce team.

As a member of our team, this person will be reporting to the e-commerce manager, supporting our e-shop and our digital marketing activities with a primary focus on our website and digital platforms.

This is a full-time and permanent position based in Athens, providing excellent prospects for personal growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic, purchase patterns and customer behavior to optimize online conversion rates and revenue.
• Provide insightful reports on key metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement of content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Coordinate & monitor the company's communications calendar and manage critical social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube. This involves planning, publishing, copywriting, responding to comments, and proactively following up.
• Update the company's website and digital channels to consistently reflect the brand's messaging and standards.
• Content creation of email marketing campaigns & support the management of marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to improve our online presence across all channels.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude towards additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing or Business with a focus in Digital Marketing.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
• Have the ability to create content across various formats including email marketing and social media.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Possess practical experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights etc.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Fluency in English as a prerequisite.
• Experience in the fashion industry is highly desired.
