Branding & Packaging Design Coordinator 

The right candidate will be a part of a team of marketers and participate in the smooth planning and execution of artwork projects, concerning the new brand image of our complete product range. He/she will liaise with product, sales and in-house creative team to build a strong brand image for both the local and international market of assigned product categories aligned with overall brand image. Possible extension of contract after the end of the project and expansion of role.

Key Accountabilities:

• Works closely with creative team to build our brands’ next generation brand image
• Secures brand image and product features are well communicated in packaging artwork and aligned with EU and country specific regulations
• Responsible for end-to-end development and execution of redesign of packaging artwork of assigned products and product ranges, ensuring timely artwork deadlines
• Communication with product suppliers / manufacturers to receive and manage all relevant information regarding product packaging like die cuts, product safety / recycling info etc
• Competition analyses to provide required references, inputs and key information on packaging artwork

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field from a well reputable University with excellent academic record
• Master's Degree will be considered as a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
• Strong Understanding of design, branding and marketing principles and techniques
• Commercial understanding: Ability to put company’s strategy into practice, transfer commercial and marketing needs into concrete projects and clearly convey the right message
• Internet and technology savvy and always up to date with the latest trends and technologies
• Previous work experience in a retail, wholesale or e-commerce business
• Other EU language knowledge would be an advantage
• Computer literate and Google search savvy. Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Tools
