Key responsibilities

• Community building on social media platforms, responding to comments and inbox messages and engaging with groups
• Interacting with Greek universities for participation in initiatives and career days
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather information and insights for marketing campaigns, and providing detailed briefs to creative and performance agencies for effective campaign creation
• Overseeing projects, such as the career guide, which involves handling client communications, setting deadlines, acting as a liaison between the editor-in-chief, clients, and the graphic designer, and reaching out to vendors for distribution in universities.
• Arranging sponsorships, both outbound and inbound, for kariera.gr events
• Creating surveys using online tools for kariera.gr initiatives
• Events Promotion and Coordination: Creating sponsored job posts to promote local events, coordinating B2B events, including venue offers, catering arrangements, and setup, researching events for local team participation
• Executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years proven work experience in a Marketing Team
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices (social media, YouTube, email marketing)
• Experience in project management, including coordinating with internal teams and external agencies
• Proficient in community building on social media platforms and responding to audience interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
