PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: MARKETING MANAGER

Rittal Hellas is looking for a hard-working, dynamic person, with initiative, with a clear orientation to results and with specific training or experience in marketing and digital marketing, to fill a new position as a Marketing Manager in a consolidated multinational company. Training and previous experience in SEO and SEM campaign management or in social & inbound marketing will be highly valued.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Implementation of marketing strategies according to the requirements and specifications of the parent company with emphasis on digital marketing
- Preparation of an annual marketing plan proposal based on the guidelines of the marketing headquarters to the Head Quarters in Germany/Italy, as well as the local management, and submission for approval.
- Organization and conduct of workshops or participation in exhibitions either in Greece or abroad with the participation of customers
- Creation, management, monitoring and implementation of SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Management of the communication strategy in social networks.
- Monitoring, control, measurement and analysis of the opportunities generated by the Marketing department.
- Close collaboration with companies of the same group in communication actions and joint events.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS THAT CAN BE ASSESSED:
- Degree in a branch related to Business, Marketing, Advertising or Journalism
- Experience of at least 3 years in a Marketing Department or similar is an asset.
- Office Suite Proficiency (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Experience in the use of tools such as: Linkedin, Hubspot, Google Adwords, Analytics, Wordpress, and Adobe Cloud environment will be valued.
- Greek, English, spoken and written.
- A lot of initiative, creativity, analytical skills and teamwork are required.
