We are recruiting for our Greek subsidiary, qualified professionals for the position of Trade Marketing & PR Communications Manager. We are looking for a marketing professional with high commercial acumen todevelop and execute effective trade marketing andcommunication strategies to drive brand visibility and sales across Greece.
The candidate will work closely with the sales, operations, customer support, and finance teams internally, while externally, will interact with key customers and Safilo headquarters Brand and marketing teams.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop annual local marketing plan.
• Manage budget in collaboration with Finance & Brand Management teams.
• Build trade marketing plans in synergy with top customers.
• Increase Brand portfolio visibility through window/in store customizations (permanent and temporary).
• Manage internal Trade Marketing tools and digital platforms, create reports, and monitor/manage deviations.
• Cooperate with Customer Service to ensure correct allocation & distribution of POP material.
• Plan ATL activities in collaboration with Media Planning Dept (print, digital, etc.).
• Perform internal and external trainings to sales representatives & customer staff.
• Lead Press Office by connecting with PR agency/journalists to ensure brand portfolio media visibility.
• Manage local press days and PR events.
• Network with media and local content creators to maximize partnerships.
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s is a plus.
• Preferably marketing experience in Eyewear and/or Fashion/ Luxury/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical.
• PC literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in Greek and English, Italian is a plus.
• Organized, autonomous, analytical, and versatile.
• Customer focused, with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to travel up to 15% annually.
