Dairy industry DODONI S.A. is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our team in Athens, on a 1-year contract for maternity cover. The Junior Brand Manager will assist in developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan and support the Marketing Manager in all marketing activities for the Domestic/Home market.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager for all marketing/brand/media/PR/digital activities for domestic/home market and portfolio.
• Design and implement the annual marketing plan as a whole and especially to assigned product categories, according to annual business priorities and objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities to assigned product categories.
• Lead the design, implementation, and control of PR and Digital activities (incl. Social media, Influencers)
• Manage, curate and control the company’s digital assets (website and any other social media platforms in use) from strategy, content creation, implementation of activities, and coordination of respective associates' and partners budgets.
• Monitor market data for brand/product development and portfolio performance to assigned product categories.
• Monitor internal sales data for assigned products to adjust plans and priorities.
• Assist in the implementation of consumer research projects for brand and assigned product categories.
• Co-operate with associate product/brand manager and trade marketing manager, other departments, partners etc for the implementation of planned activities
• Monitor and control invoices and annual marketing budget
• Liaise and cooperate with partners and agencies
• Responsible for respective reporting (brand, products, activities)

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• Marketing, management or communication degree and background
• At least 1-3 years in brand management, including PR and digital experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of new technologies, digital marketing and social media
• Advanced communication skills
