Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services in both the Greek and international markets.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns through digital and traditional channels.
• Manage content for the company’s digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, SEO).
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with external partners to produce promotional materials.
• Plan and manage promotional activities in collaboration with sales and product departments.
• Oversee and optimize the company’s presence at exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.
• Preparation and monitoring the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Hybrid model of working

Qualifications:

• BSc / MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an tech or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights for campaign improvement.
•  Completed military obligations (for male candidates)

Valued Skills:

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
• Experience with digital media  platforms.
