ROLE DESCRIPTION
A full-time above-property role in Numo Hotels & Resorts offices in Athens. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing all marketing strategies for the promotion of the Numo brand Hotels & Resorts portfolio. This also includes the results of various marketing campaign evaluations, leading various market research efforts, and coordinating initiatives across a variety of marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, social media management, organization of events, collaboration with third-party advertising and public relations agencies, and development of marketing content. The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Business Development Director.
- Planning and execution of the Marketing Plan and all related marketing strategies and actions.
- Organizing the on-line & off-line advertising campaigns
- Monitoring and assessment of all marketing campaigns' performance
- Design and implementation of the company’s social presence through all distribution channels
- Content monitoring and management of the entire online presence, including websites, OTA channels, etc.
- Contributing to the Director of Business Development to brand identity-related actions for existing and new properties
- Collaborate with third-party agencies in digital content generation and management for print or digital use
- Execution of all local and international media plans and brand awareness actions
- Coordinate and on-site support photography and videography events ensuring optimal results
- Manage the design and creation of collateral material
- Cooperate with various departments, such as Revenue, Sales, Human Resources, and hotels
- Support PR actions
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Communications
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Marketing Manager within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and technology
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be flexible to travel
- Excellent command of the English language. A second European language will be an advantage
- Experience with photography, videography, and graphic design is a plus
- A team player, flexible and willing to step outside the role when required
