Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Affiliate Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our affiliate network, fostering strong relationships with partners, and optimizing performance to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and guidance.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the network.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure affiliates comply with program terms and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
