Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in running, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms).

• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-quality ad assets.

• Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance for internal and client review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A keen interest in digital marketing and analytics.

• Basic understanding of PPC platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other ad networks.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
