This role involves leading a comprehensive communications strategy across global markets. Your role at HFM:

• Formulate and lead a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the company’s leadership and goals.
• Advance our PR, social media, and brand efforts to boost the company’s profile across global markets.
• Support international growth by crafting localised communications strategies for various markets, ensuring rapid and effective execution.
• Create communications governance for global and country-level communications to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to deploy PR through earned, owned, shared, and paid channels.
• Serve as the primary contact for executive communications, supporting personal brand building, interviews, and speaking engagements.
• Optimise corporate narratives and messaging to build brand loyalty, consistency, and reputation.
• Oversee media relations, manage reputation, and handle crisis communications effectively.
• Utilise organic social media and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness.

What You Bring: 

• BSc/BA or MSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in branding, PR, and/or communications, preferably within financial services, or tech environment.
• Knowledge of international markets and familiarity with the financial trading sector is considered an advantage.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to create corporate communications strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Experience in connecting PR metrics with business outcomes.
• Successful execution of omnichannel campaigns across social media, events, podcasts, and more.
• Proficiency in corporate communications, including executive communication, CSR, and crisis management.
• Track record of building strong media, analyst, and influencer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and pitching abilities, with cultural awareness for global communication.
• High digital fluency to connect value across stakeholders.
