Phaedrus Living is currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build a Social Media strategy and Marketing Plan.
• Develop and implement a social editorial calendar to manage day-to-day posting, on social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content & assets on social media, this includes images, videos, GIFs, stories, written copy & much more.
• Partner with the marketing team to understand how to leverage content for social audiences.
• Engage influencers and be a key point of contact for campaigns.
• Maintain a dashboard to track impact of various campaigns and adopt a data-driven mindset towards audience building campaigns.
• Budget management, including preparing costings and producing spending updates throughout a campaign.
• Define KPIs, measurement, analytics and reporting methods to measure success.
• Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the Management.

Requirements:

• Relevant studies in advertising, public relations, digital marketing and media. Master’s degree is desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing with proven success in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including web analytics, and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Creative, positive, outside the box thinker who likes to take initiative.
• Team player who is results driven and self-motivated is essential.
