Marketing Manager

for season 2025

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the resort’s marketing strategy relating to Accommodation, Experiences and Restaurant Outlets, including market research, target audience identification, and unique selling proposition definition.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Creation and development of marketing concepts for specific projects, and creative events planning in order to support overall Food & Beverage business objectives.
• Responsible for growing, enhancing and protecting the brand’s reputation in the local and international market and the creation of a loyalty members club.
• In charge of content creation, delivery and analysis, with the aim of ensuring a well-structured, aligned and smooth dissemination of resort’s news (online and offline)
• Overlook, create and manage all collateral material/menus/printed and on-line promotional material (creation, printing, quality and delivery as per the brand’s standard)
• Suggest and execute the digital/social media marketing strategy of the food and beverage outlets with preferred SEM vendors for advertising campaigns, display and social media ads to drive conversions.

To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar position
• LHW or other 5-star international hotel chain experience
• degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing
• computer literacy – MS Office
• ability to converse in both Greek and English
• customer oriented
• strong team player and able to work under pressure
