Advertisement Manager

We are seeking an Advertisement Manager to join our team and help grow our online shop specializing in Kids Toys sold worldwide. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Athens, requiring a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Ad Creation & Management: Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  2. Content Editing: Receive raw video and photo material, edit and create engaging ad content, and post it to social media platforms.
  3. Campaign Testing & Scaling: Test ads to identify which ones perform best, scale successful campaigns, and stop campaigns with negative ROAS or those at breakeven.
  4. Design: Use Adobe Express and Adobe InDesign to design ads and ensure they align with our branding.
  5. Photo Editing: Photoshop product images to enhance quality and add product characteristics for better engagement.
  6. Audience Research and Segmentation: Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas for effective campaign targeting.
  7. Ad Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal ROI while avoiding overspending.
  8. A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and formats to determine the most effective strategies for engagement and conversions.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor ad strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  10. Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive ad copy tailored to the platform and audience to maximize clicks and conversions.
  11. Retargeting Campaigns: Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to engage with users who have shown interest in the brand but haven’t converted yet.
  12. Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights into reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Conduct weekly ad performance reporting in a meeting with the CEO.
  13. Ad Compliance: Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and legal requirements, avoiding issues like ad rejections or bans.
  14. Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web developers or marketing teams to optimize landing pages for conversions, ensuring alignment with ad campaigns.
  15. Trend Monitoring and Strategy Updates: Stay up-to-date with advertising trends, platform updates, and new ad tools to implement innovative strategies that keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with proven success managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Express, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze ROAS and other performance metrics, with a strong focus on achieving positive returns.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills for designing ads and crafting effective campaigns.
  • Work Style: Ability to work hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in our Athens office (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Commitment: This is a full-time role, and we are NOT seeking agencies.
