Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will drive initiatives aimed at expanding our digital footprint, optimizing website and app content, and ensuring we stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with external agencies to execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of content on the company's website and mobile app, updating them regularly to meet market needs.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to drive increased traffic to the website.
• Develop engaging content for digital channels, including the website, app, and blog, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives across different departments.
• Test and optimize marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and new platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement rates and effectiveness.
• Support the Marketing Team in executing daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution across various platforms.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and others.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content updates on websites and apps.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• A creative mindset with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality work and precision in execution.
• Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
