Job Purpose: The Global Operational Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the global marketing strategies, operations, and execution across various markets to ensure alignment with the business goals of APIVITA.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Creates ad delivers strong global trade marketing campaigns & merchandising tools
- Defines global Trade Marketing guidelines & plans, and adapts Trade Marketing tools to alternative Apivita business models
- Develops all POSM materials
- Has direct contact with local countries teams (GMs & marketing team) and continuous contact with Global Marketing team & Go-to-market Apivita teams
- Creates retail guidelines & content
- Defines department's annual budget & control expenses on a monthly basis
- Manages a team of 1
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing
- Ability of bringing innovative ideas, while respecting brand’s DNA
- Time management skills, attention to detail and team player attitude
- At least 5-8 years of experience in relevant roles in the pharmaceuticals and/or beauty-cosmetics industry
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
