Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras) and in Romania (Bucharest). We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Marketing Officer who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media, suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Support the competent department in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Create content on a daily basis for the firm’s social media platforms
- Collaborate with external partners to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
- Plan and participate to meetings, events and conferences, by identifying requirements, establishing contacts and following up on them, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes and content
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Work closely with the business units to help them promote their services
Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing
- 3 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Assistant or Officer
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English
- Relevant experience in the respective field will be desirable
