Junior Marketing & Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Insights Analyst

Junior Marketing & Insights Analyst responsibilities include researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. This role uses this information to produce reports that identify areas of growth, customer marketing strategies based on research patterns they've identified through their studies, as well as client acquisition methods such as an inefficient place within a funnel where there could be more conversions happening than before.

What you will focus on:

Reporting & Insights: 

  • Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance, offering actionable insights for optimization.
  • Segment customers based on revenue and purchase frequency to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Provide insights for optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) targeted both to B2B and B2C audiences.

Measure & Optimization:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of CRM activities and web analytics, through MS Dynamics Platform and other platforms. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance website and campaign performance.

Data Analysis: 

  • Support customer data analysis to enhance CRM strategies and decision-making.
  •  Work closely with the CRM Manager to build and implement personalized customer lifecycle strategies.

Data Accuracy & Compliance: 

  • Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database, ensuring customer data is clean and up to date.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Maximum 2 years of experience as an Analyst or CRM specialist (previous experience in retail will be considered as a plus)
  • Knowledge / Familiarity in CRM metrics, KPIs, Google Analytics, and customer segmentation techniques; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Looker Studio is a plus).
  • Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Strong time management, and commitment to deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams (Web Experience & E-commerce) and contribute to shared goals.
  • Attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
