We are looking for an e-Commerce Marketing Assistant
As an e-Commerce Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the activation, measurement and optimization - along with the digital agency - of online marketing campaigns that focus on converting shoppers into buyers for our e-shop. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and team oriented as he/she will be responsible for bringing briefs and commercial activities into life by collaborating with respective departments.
What you will focus on:
- End-to-end delivery of the e-Commerce Marketing Plan based on commercial initiatives to boost traffic and sales.
- Create media briefs and provide directions to the advertising agency.
- Assist in approving media plans for e-shop campaigns across various digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Monitor the competition and suggest best practices for e-Commerce initiatives that enhance the commercial impact of marketing actions.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely coordination and communication of commercial activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to drive e-Commerce growth.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or in a related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar marketing role or within a digital agency, exposure in the Grocery / FMCG industry is a plus
- Digitally savvy with a passion for technology and innovation
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to create effective presentations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
