Role Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible to support the development and execution of the Marketing & Communications strategy that enhances the brand’s presence, driving business growth and ensures a consistent image across all channels, to the end of increasing brand awareness, revenue maximization, achieving new customer acquisition, database expansion, and ROI/ROAS growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a holistic marketing & communications strategy across all digital and offline channels
- Budget management, monitoring & reporting
- Manage the hotel’s website presence and develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with the hotel’s brand standards
- Oversee the hotel’s social media channels, digital tools, campaign implementation, and third-party platforms
- Contribute to the execution of the email marketing plan and develop targeted email campaigns to boost brand awareness and revenue maximization
- Coordinate press trips, PR partnerships, influencer collaborations and media requests
- Lead the creation of marketing materials (collateral, presentations, guest comms, etc.)
- Oversee content production (photo & video shoots) and ensure brand-aligned storytelling
- Orchestrate CSR initiatives with external partners and hotel teams, manage relationships with CSR partners and support in reporting
- Lead and inspire the Marketing Executive & Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or PR
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in digital tools, email marketing platforms, SEO principles, social media strategy and campaign management
- Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Willingness to travel to Santorini and Paros during the season
