Join our team as the International Marketing Coordinator, where you’ll take a pivotal role in shaping and growing our iconic brands in Greece and on the international stage. What You’ll Do:
- Support the creation and rollout of global marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and accelerate sales growth.
- Partner with agencies to deliver campaigns that bring our brand stories to life and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, digital marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with retailers to implement engaging in-store promotions that boost visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage content production for social, digital, and traditional media platforms.
- Leverage AI and other digital tools to improve efficiency and innovation in marketing processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, international offices, and external partners to ensure a consistent brand voice and seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends, campaign results, and consumer insights to refine marketing efforts and present findings to leadership.
- Develop professional, data-driven presentations and reports that inform and inspire stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in marketing communications, brand management, or digital marketing, either in-house or agency-side.
- Project Management: A proven ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with precision and efficiency.
- Brand Building: Hands-on experience creating and executing impactful campaigns, marcom plans, and retail activations.
- Digital Expertise: Familiarity with social media strategies, digital marketing trends, and engaging content creation.
- Analytical Thinking: A knack for interpreting campaign data, consumer behavior, and market insights to make informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with agencies and partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tech tools (experience with AI-driven tools is a bonus).
- Languages: Fluent English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
- Industry Experience: FMCG expertise is desirable but not mandatory.
