Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, execute campaigns, and create engaging content across digital and offline channels. You’ll work closely with the CEO, creative team, and external partners to bring That Gorilla Brand’s mission to life through strategic marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Content
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and offline activations.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring engaging and on-brand storytelling.
- Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Work with designers to create high-quality visuals and campaign assets.
Brand Activations & Events
- Support collaborations, community engagement, and brand partnerships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of retail activations and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate branding elements and promotional materials for in-store and event-based marketing.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to refine strategies.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the CEO, in-house creative team, and external agencies to align marketing activities.
- Build strong communication channels with partners and contributors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand activations (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or impact-driven brands).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and event activations.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills (Greek & English) with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voice.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
