About the role
The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the company’s brand identity across domestic and international markets. This individual will lead the development of brand strategies, manage product positioning, and drive marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand strategy and annual brand marketing plan
- Drive brand positioning across all touchpoints (packaging, digital, retail, and promotional channels)
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, R&D, Production, Export) to align branding with business goals
- Conduct consumer and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and brand performance
- Manage external partners (creative agencies, media agencies, digital teams) to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and social media presence
- Lead packaging and visual identity projects in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor brand health KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Organize and represent the brand at key industry events and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in branding and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management ideally within the FMCG or food production industry
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, communication, and marketing analytics
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
