JOB Description

• Develop, implement, and control all marketing strategic and tactical plans for the products lifecycle, in order to meet the identified objectives on market segmentation and product positioning, to maximize sales, market share and profitability always in line with resources allocated.
• Analysis, interpretation and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative market data for the therapeutic categories attempted by the company.
• Lead market research analyze trends and insights and propose changes to business and marketing strategies.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Development of Marketing Plans and regular action plans as well as all needed materials.
• Responsible for the training of sales team in company's products.
• Implement multichannel digital strategies.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
• Create- expand KOLs network.
• Participation in the short- and long-term strategy of the company.
• Support Medical Information.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Degree in Health Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy)
• Proven working experience as (Junior) or Product Manager in pharmaceutical companies.
• Working experience in oncology, gynecology or pediatrics.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, otherwise familiarity with technology 
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Team management skills.
• Proficient in English language.
• Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Adaptability, innovation and problem-solving thinking.
• Advanced planning and organizing abilities.
• Ambitious and dynamic character.
• Relationship development skills and ability to liaise with and influence effectively diverse teams.
