Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for an Operations Coordinator on behalf DIAVERUM- one of the world’s leading providers of renal care services for over 20 years, and offers a full range of end-stage renal disease treatment and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside with Ops Director in all operations/projects
- Operations day to day – ensuring that all departments are running smoothly
- Cooperation with HR: staff scheduling
- Organizing and assisting
- Contact person with companies, suppliers, public/private sector if necessary
- Taking offers
- Preparing and placing orders for clinics
- Supervising and finalizing physical inventory
- Supporting inventory plans/processes
Qualifications/ Competencies
- Degree preferably in hospital/health management, administration, or finance
- More than two years of experience in the health sector and especially in an admin, operations and/or procurement position
- Analytical skills
- Proactive approach to identifying solutions
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- English knowledge (written and oral)
- Driving license (for visiting clinics)
- Personal SkillsBe able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and a team player
