The role involves preparation of offers for the public and private sector’s tenders, contract management and support to the Tenders department.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily support to the Tenders department.
• Preparing offers for public and private sector.
• Supplying offers using the platforms ESIDIS, iSupplies, CosmoOne, PROMITHEUS.
• Contract & award documents’ management.
• Preparation of various reports & presentations.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Providing administrative support to the other company’s departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous work experience of minimum 1-2 years in Tenders is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in human studies.
• Knowledge of ESIDIS, iSupplies, CosmoOne, PROMITHEUS platforms is an asset.
• Proficiency in English language both in writing and speaking required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
