Representing a premier travel company founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece, we are seeking a talented Customer Support Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer experience through personalized interactions 😊
  • Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure quality service 📈
  • Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about company products and services 🤝
  • Provide coaching and training to support team members 👥
  • Manage day-to-day operations and handle escalations effectively ⚙️
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field 🎓
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry; experience in the hospitality industry is also a plus 💼
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience 👥
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and digital technologies, with a natural aptitude for navigating digital platforms 🖥️
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written) and native Greek 
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively 💡
