Senior Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst

 

Taking on the role of Senior BPM Analyst, you will be the central point for all corporate procedures & projects, training communications, processes mapping, and/or relevant updates. You will develop and conduct business process and systems training for the training department and the business owners. You will also promote the use of technology, assist staff to make the best use of existing and emerging management tools and develop and maintain business processes documentations. The position reports to Senior Operations Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform process & project analysis to design and redesign workflows and processes, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze and improve existing functionalities, methods and workflows to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
  • Develop and deploy optimized business processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve workflow management, and drive continuous improvement across the company.
  • Ensure business process methods and workflows are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Coordinate initiatives that may cross business and site lines. Initiatives will include process and testing changes, procedure and development changes, training and system change requests.
  • Collaborates with peer trainers and business stakeholders, to ensure training needs are met across the organization in a consistent manner.

 

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer or Billing Operations within the Energy Sector or/and in the Telecommunications
  • Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite; Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with CRM and CTI software is highly desirable.
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions to process inefficiencies and operational challenges.
  • Precision in analyzing processes and ensuring that all elements are accounted for.
  • Ability to assess complex processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and process requirements.
  • Competence in managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Focus on designing processes that enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
