We are looking for a skilled Drivers Coordinator for our e – Fresh Operation!

Main Activities are:

• Manage the drivers’ team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Oversee daily activities and provide directions and guidance as needed
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
• Ensure the team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
• On the job training for drivers
• On site visits
• Daily reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize work
• Advanced reporting and Ms Office skills
• Previous working experience in a similar position will be considered a plus
