Job description: They are looking for a dynamic and organized Customer Service Supervisor to join their team in Oinofyta. This role involves managing orders, optimizing communication flows, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Location: Oinofyta

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead teams managing orders and Intra-Company Stock Transfer Orders (INTRA STO) for all TPL plants.
  • Establish and document all departmental processes related to order management.
  • Optimize the flow of information between internal departments and customers to ensure LEAN operational communications.
  • Coordinate actions between the team and the rest of the supply chain.
  • Centralize customer service, reorganize tasks, achieve cost savings, and promote digitization.
  • Lead customer service meetings to analyze and improve delivery performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and publish agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Service Level and Outstanding Orders. Implement corrective actions in collaboration with involved departments.
  • Manage customs affairs and ensure compliance with food regulatory affairs from a documentation perspective.

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial, or a related field 🎓.
  • Experience in order management and customer service.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and customs affairs.
  • Excellent business-level English communication skills (fluent oral & written) 🌍.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP is a plus) 💻.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Capacity to evaluate and manage customer requests/expectations in relation to supply chain impact.
  • Strong presentation skills for new product introductions 📊.
  • Knowledge of economic/admin policies (e.g., pricing policies, invoicing).
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role and company.
