Sales Operations Coordinator

Brief Description

The coordination and organization of the delivery and installation of new equipment to our customers.  Monitoring each step of the process and making sure that projects are completed on time, while ensuring that our customers experience exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing delivery and installation (D&I) of new equipment, ensuring “white gloves” delivery, managing the whole process from the point of the customer’s approval until the completion of each project.
  • Working closely with sales for providing on time D&I costs of upcoming projects.
  • Overseeing new equipment loadings and ensuring the on-time arrival of the equipment, according to the agreed deadlines.
  • Registering new orders in our ERP system.
  • Maintaining contact with customer’s representative, transportation company, after sales department and 3PL partner in order to coordinate the whole process.
  • Working closely with after sales to secure available installation dates.
  • Monitoring domestic transportation costs and try to develop our partner’s network to establish more profitable partnerships.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and dealing with their demands.
  • Monitoring equipment stock levels and placing the necessary orders to HQ. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent use of English language both verbal and written
  • MS office proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Customer and Process Oriented.
  • Previous experience with ERP software.
  • Team Player, Proactive, Self-driven
