Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a Technical Operations Associate to take over the management of private yachts operating within Greece.

The position is based at Perissos.

During your day you will:

• Serve as the point of contact for crew agencies and generally handle any issues related to the preparation of the yacht.
• Be in constant communication with the owners to be aware of and coordinate the itinerary schedule.
• Monitor the implementation of the preventive maintenance program and damage management.
• Coordinate the scheduling of necessary tasks to ensure the vessel is ready and safe for use.
• Communicate with relevant partners for ordering and delivering the appropriate spare parts.

What you need to stand out:

• Graduate of Merchant Marine School or Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering School or Maritime Studies.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
• Familiarity with the sea and experience with vessels is essential.
• Prior experience in procurement is considered a plus.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Additional foreign language and SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
• Proficient use of MS Office tools
• Time flexibility is required, especially in summer season.
