What the job is about:

• Visits the stores in the area of ​​responsibility and inspects their operation & procedures.
• Participates in the development and implementation of processes towards the improvement and automation of network operations.
• Collaborates with the stores regarding the sustainability and/or improvement of financial results (e.g. operating costs).
• Surveys and analyzes the KPIs of operation, quality and productivity of stores, looking for areas of improvement.
• Works with the company's departments for the most efficient and effective operation of the company's network

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Finance.
• Work experience in the commercial network (of shops) sector
• Experience and/or technical knowledge of the courier market will be considered as a plus 
• Fluent in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas κτλ)
• Ability to work with statistical data
• Fullfilled military obligations if obligatory 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
