Your role as a Business Analyst/Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on live corporate finance transactions, valuation exercises and various other assignments for different companies and sectors. You will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:
- Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information.
- Compile, analyze, and report economic and industry data to help clients make informed decisions.
- Develop complex financial models and run valuation analyses using several methods.
- Prepare detailed presentations and marketing material (such as Teasers, IMs, pitch decks, etc.)
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of transactions, from initial analysis of information to transaction strategy development and execution
- Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standard tools and data visualizations to help surface insights.
- Manage own work against project plan to ensure a superior client experience.
- Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations.
- Comply with quality standards, risk rules, and confidentiality guidelines to deliver results.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration from a prominent University would be considered a strong asset.
- Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset.
- Up to 3 years of work experience in Valuations, M&A advisory, Capital Raising, Restructuring, Project Finance/PPP, etc., preferably within a major International professional services firm (Big-4 or other) or an investment bank in Greece or abroad, would be considered as an asset but not mandatory.
- Very good knowledge of Financial Modeling in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VBA) will be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
- Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
