The Facilities Coordinator is supporting the Infrastructure Manager in planning and delivery of services in the areas of Facilities, Security, Health & Safety, Sustainability and Fleet management in Greece and Cyprus.

 Tasks

• Responsible for all building maintenance schedules.
• Manage all contractors on site to ensure adherence to performance and Health & Safety standards.
• Responsible for security physical control management.
• Responsible for fleet management reporting and operations.
• Provide support to the Infrastructure Manager in Real Estate projects.
• Monitor & report on energy, water consumption and waste management.
• Propose & implement sustainability actions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field (such as Engineering or Business Administration)
• At least 2 years relevant proven experience in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Greek language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams
• Attention to detail, and analytical skills are key
• Knowledge of health & safety and environmental best practices and regulations
