Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all ERGANI-related processes (hiring, contract changes, terminations, overtime, etc.).
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of seasonal and full-time employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and apply labor legislation and best HR practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants where needed.
  • Assist in preparing basic HR-related reports or data entries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration with solid use of ERGANI.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek labor law, especially related to seasonal employment.
  • Experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • English proficiency is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
