You will have the chance to participate in an exciting MDLZ Graduate Event and deep dive in our culture, as well as to get to know our colleagues in Greece. You will interact with Mondelēz employees from different functions and seniority level. Finalists will receive mentorship sessions with Mondelez leaders. On top of that the winners might be shortlisted for future job openings.

Selection process:

1st Step Submit your application

2nd Step Interview with Mondelēz recruiter

3rd Step Participate in a 1-day event at Mondelēz Head Offices

Event Agenda:

Be ready to learn more about Mondelēz, our culture & beloved brands. Meet our colleagues, hear their stories and explore different career opportunities with us. Engage in solving multiple business cases, present the results to Mondelez teams and have fun.

The event will take place on 15th December 2023 and the application window will close on 8th December 2023.

Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be in English.
