Your Role:
\n
As a Helpdesk Analyst at INTRALOT, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Here's what you'll be doing:
\n

\n
• Recording and following up tickets and relevant contacts in our Service Desk application.
• Coordinating investigation and analysis of incidents and escalating to relevant support teams when needed.
• Informing and following up with key stakeholders on resolution progress.
• Coordinating incident closure, verifying successful resolution of an incident, and liaising with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitoring the team using available resources for all countries (server, network, storage, and database).
• Managing alerts raised according to criticality.
• Adhering to policies and procedures of Service Desk, which operates 24/7 (shift work).
\n

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:
\n
• Hold a degree in Computing, Electronics, or a related IT field.
\n
• Bring at least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a Service Desk role.
\n
• Proficiency in Incident Management tools.
\n
• Knowledge of Grafana/checkMk tool is a plus.
\n
• Possess a deep understanding of IT systems and operations.
\n
• Strong command of technical expertise in IT support.
\n
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, both written and spoken.
\n
• Embrace teamwork and excel at coordinating cross-functional team.
