As a Unilever Future Leaders Programme Trainee in the Supply Chain Department, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures our products reach our customers efficiently and effectively. Throughout this cheerful and fun-filled process, you will gain hands-on experience in various supply chain functions, including demand planning, logistics, procurement, and production. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive world-class training, and contribute to real processes that make a difference.
Plus, customize your journey with extra projects, exploring different areas and creating extraordinary value. Get ready for a fun-filled ride!
Over a max of 3 years, you’ll cover up to 2 - 4 placements that might include international assignments as well.
You could be the Perfect Candidate if you are:
- Graduate in Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subjects would be considered as a plus
- Fluency in Greek & English
- No military obligations pending for male candidates
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- International mobility
- Be ready to start your journey on February 2024
We are seeking for someone who has:
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different business units across Europe/Eastern Europe.
