Your everyday work-life

• Conduct tenders (RFI's & RFP's) for projects concerning indirect purchases with focus on IT projects
• Negotiate with existing or future suppliers
• Evaluate all indirect suppliers according to Company's Purchasing Policy
• Manage and maintain of the supplier's database
• Monitor and evaluate of supplier performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Adopt and use of modern tools and technologies to improve the procurement procedures

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Previous work experience in similar role
• Working knowledge of English language
• Negotiation and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with SAP and/or expenses management tools
• Team spirit
