Cargo Operation Representative
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion - sales and operation of clients airlines cargo in the Greek market, cargo agents, sales support and customer service.    

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cargo export sales, bookings and operations
Managing reservations and space allocation
Providing sales support and customer service
Promoting the airline services to agents
Liaising and coordinating with client airlines
Documentation and billing

Qualifications required:

Strong communication and numerical skills
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
Technological orientation and ease in working with systems
Fluency in Greek and English
University degree in related field will be considered an advantage

Desirable BUT not a must: 

Prior experience in airfreight / knowledge of the Greek aircargo market 
Understanding of exports and air cargo operations
