About the role:

  • Cultivate a dynamic team culture that promotes open communication and fosters a strong sense of unity and collaboration.
  • Lead and support a team of customer care representatives and monitor its performance based on quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Collaboration, coordination, and supervision of team members to achieve production goals
  • Leading, mentoring, and training the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Time handling and continuous motivation of team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a contact center as a Team Leader, preferably in the energy sector
  • Very Good Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis in CRM systems
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
