What You'll Do:

  • Keep Us Organized: Manage both physical and digital personnel records.
  • Stay on Top of Things: Prepare HR-related records, reports, and statistics.
  • Take Care of Us: Administer private medical and life insurance plans.
  • Be the Change-Maker: Submit daily shift changes, OW-OT, and monthly schedules.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure and maintain legal compliance and updates (GDPR, labor law, ERGANI).
  • Welcome New Faces: Facilitate new hire orientations and the onboarding process.
  • Engage with Operations: Participate in meetings and manage internal inquiries promptly.
  • Support Growth: Assist employees and managers with development needs, career growth, and learning opportunities.
  • Drive Change: Support the execution and implementation of people-related change initiatives and HR deliverables.
  • Handle Special Projects: Take on other HR duties and general office management as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Pylon and ESS systems is highly appreciated. Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Legal Know-How: Good knowledge of Ergani.
  • Language Skills: Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical Mind: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage daily duties and time independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Player: Capable of managing challenging situations with good listening skills and working well independently and within a team.
