Job Description

So, what are the main duties of a Senior Salesforce Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Senior Consultant, you'll join innovative projects and be a key player in shaping successful Salesforce implementations for our customers.
Your expertise will drive business transformation, enhance customer experiences, and optimize processes.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant your responsibilities will include:

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, automation, and data modeling.
• Ensure best practices are followed during implementation.

Technical Leadership:

• Work closely with Technical Architects to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide them in Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with project owners, business leaders, and end-users to align Salesforce solutions with strategic goals.
• Manage expectations, communicate progress, and address concerns.

Integration and Data Management:

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems (PoS, CRM, Order management and so on) to create seamless processes.
• Ensure data quality, migration, and governance.

Project Management:

• Lead project teams, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (integrators, developers, QA, business analysts) to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on complex implementations.
• Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
• Understand business processes, industry-specific challenges, and how Salesforce can address them.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
